			The New Guide to Accreditation should be used by all programs with a self study due date of 9/1/2009 and later.

			New PA Program Director Packet (zip) New PA Program Directors should download this packet.
			Change to NAACLS Standard 7 A change to NAACLS Standard 7, adding item N, was adopted at the September 23, 2011 Board of Directors meeting. Standard 7-N requires that students must be provided with a clear, publically available, description of the program and its content and current publications, which must include at least one outcomes measure. To comply with the Standard, programs must disclose at least one outcomes measure in current publications (e.g., program brochures, student handbooks, policy manuals, catalogs, websites, etc...) available to students and/or applicants of the program. (Effective for Self-Studies due September 1, 2012 or later)
			Self-Study Template Available! NAACLS Programs undergoing the Accreditation process can now complete their Self-Studies using a pdf template. The Self-Study Template can be completed using the free version of Adobe Reader. Simply download the file and follow the instructions within. Completed Self-Studies can be submitted to NAACLS via flash drive. Please note that you must save the file, not work on it online.
			Program Revitalization: Strategies for Survival A task force chaired by Donna Spannaus-Martin has been charged to review and update the NAACLS Program Revitalization: Strategies for Survival document. Other task force members include Linda Ross, Debbie Wisenor, Randy Vandervander, Fred Rodriguez (board liaison), and Gwen James-Oriaikhi (staff liaison). The Program Revitalization Task force would appreciate any ideas/strategies that you might have to include in the updated document. These can be sent directly to Donna Spannaus-Martin.
			Frequency of Citations by Standard The linked pdf shows citation data from 2003-2009. This should be useful to programs preparing for initial and continuing accreditation reviews.
