NAACLS Programs undergoing the Accreditation process can now complete their Self-Studies using a PDF template that can be filled in and saved locally. Please note that while you can complete the self-study using the free version of Adobe Reader (versions 8.0 and later must be used), NAACLS recommends using the newest full version of Adobe Acrobat Pro to avoid any complications*.

*If you use Adobe Acrobat Pro at any time to edit your self-study, you must continue to use Adobe Acrobat to edit it, as the editing features that are extended to Adobe Reader will be discontinued upon saving your document.

To use the Self-Study Template:
1. Download the Self-Study, and save the file to your computer or flash drive before editing (do not work on it online).
2. Follow the instructions on the PDF on how to complete the Self-Study.
3. Once finished, send two copies to NAACLS via flash drive (one self-study per flash drive). Remember you will also need copies to send to your site visitors, once appointed.
