NAACLS welcomes new board and committee members

NAACLS is very pleased to welcome the following individuals to the Board of Directors and review committees:

Constance L. Churchill, PhD

Dr. Churchill is the Dean of Science and Allied Health at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, Illinois. She is the Two Year Educator on the Board of Directors.

H. Elise Galloway, PhD, MS, MT(ASCP)

Dr. Galloway is a Professor at the College of Health Professions, Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is an American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS) Representative to the Board of Directors.

Peggy Stupca, MS, CLSp(CG), CLSup

Ms. Stupca previously served on NAACLS' CTPARC and the PARC. She is the Supervisor of the Cytogenetic Laboratory at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is the Association of Genetic Technologists' (AGT) Representative to the Board of Directors.

Mary Christine Steuterman, MD

Dr. Steuterman is the Medical Director of the School of Medical Technology at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is the CLS/MT Pathologist on the Clinical Laboratory Sciences Programs Review Committee (CLSPRC).

Betty Dunn, MS, CLSp(CG)

Ms. Dunn is the Director and Assistant Professor of the Department of CLS, Cytogenetics Program at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, Texas. She is the Cytogenetics Educator on the Programs Approval Review Committee (PARC).

Helen M. Jenks, MT(ASCP), CLSp(CG)

Ms. Jenks is a Cytogenetic Technologist in the Molecular and Cytogenetic Laboratory at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. She is the Cyto Practitioner on the Programs Approval Review Committee (PARC).

Charles W. Ford, PhD

Dr. Ford is a Professor of Health Sciences at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. He is the Member-at- Large of the Affiliated Professions Review Committee (APRC).
