New payment schedule for site visit fees

After the final verification of a site visit team, the accounting office bills programs for 80 percent of expected site visit costs. At the same time, and on the same invoice, the preparation fee of $300 is billed. This has caused some confusion on the part of program directors about whether or not the $300 invoice is part of the 80 percent. They have suggested that we separate the costs into individual invoices.

Therefore, effective immediately, an invoice for the preparation fee will go out at the time the program director is provided with the names of suggested team members. When the team has been confirmed, the invoice for 80 percent of expected costs will be mailed. We hope that by separating the invoices we will eliminate any possible confusion.
