No annual fee increase proposed

During the budget planning time program directors often call NAACLS to ask if a change in fee is proposed for the next year. At meetings of the Finance Committee the possibility is considered, but since 1993 no additional costs have been proposed. The Board intends to maintain the current fee structure into the future as far as possible, despite the increase in costs and decrease in number of programs.

Maximum fee for affiliates remains at $300

In 1993, the Board set a maximum fee for affiliates. No program is required to pay more than the $300 per year for affiliate fees, even if there are many more than 12. The number of all affiliates may be listed on the invoices but the program need not pay the $25 for all. Program directors are encouraged to explain this to their accounting officers so that they do not overpay.
