Attend the next NAACLS Workshop!

NAACLS will conduct its Understanding Standards in Accreditation workshop on February 26, 2004, in concurrence with the ASCLS Clinical Laboratory Educators' Conference. The workshop will be held from 7:30am - 2:00pm and will include a working lunch.

Upon completion of the Understanding Standards in Accreditation workshop, the participant should be able to: 1) List the steps in the self-study process.
2) Discuss each Standard and using the Guide to
Accreditation, determine what information should be
contained in the Self-Study Report and what should be
available for the site visit.
3) Discuss the most cited Standard and review
education methodology as it applies to this Standard

This workshop also provides a great opportunity to meet other NAACLS program officials!

A direct mail advertisement and registration form for the workshop will be sent out to all NAACLS accredited and approved programs in December. The cost of the workshop is $90 per person, and the registration deadline is February 5, 2004.
